How to Prepare Your Package

Here is a step-by-step guide on how easy it is to send your package with OhShip.

Print Out Your Shipping Label
In the attached file, you will find your unique shipping label. You need to print it out.
For shipments outside the EU: Print the customs invoice attached in your order confirmation.

Place your shipping label on the package.
You can use tape, but avoid placing it over the barcode.
For shipments outside the EU: Hand over the customs invoice to the courier.

Find your nearest service point or call DHL/UPS for a pickup.
Choose the location that is most convenient for you to drop off the package. Alternatively, you can call DHL Express or UPS to arrange a pickup at your address at a time that suits you best.

Packing tips

Pack it once, pack it right

A well-packed parcel travels safely and avoids surprises with size or weight.

Use a sturdy box
Choose a box with a little room around the contents. Reuse boxes only if they are still stiff and dry.
Fill the gaps
Wrap fragile items and fill empty space with paper or bubble wrap, so nothing moves when you shake the box.
Remove old labels
Cover or peel off old labels and barcodes, so the scanners only read your new label.
Seal and measure
Tape every seam in an H shape. Check that weight and size match what you entered in your order.
