This policy explains which cookies and similar storage OhShip uses in your browser on our websites (such as ohship.dk), and how you choose. How we process personal data in general is described in our privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Websites can also store information in the browser's local storage (kept until you delete it) and session storage (deleted when you close the tab). In this policy we call all of it "cookies and storage".
2. Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies for statistics and marketing. "Only necessary" is as easy to choose as "Accept all". You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Necessary cookies and storage cannot be switched off, because the website, sign-in and payment do not work without them. We use them without asking, as the law allows.
Statistics and marketing are currently switched off on our website. We set no such cookies, even if you click "Accept all". If we switch them on, they will only be set after you have accepted them, and we will list them in this policy first.
3. Cookies we use
All of these are necessary. None of them is set when you only look at our pages: they are set when you make your cookie choice, sign in or open a payment page.

4. Google services that load only when you use them
Some Google services are loaded only when you use the feature that needs them. Google may then set or read its own cookies under Google's privacy policy:
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our contact form against spam. It is loaded when you start filling in the form.
- Google Maps shows a service point on a map. It is loaded on the service points page after you click "Show map".
- Sign in with Google takes you to Google, which uses its own cookies to sign you in.

We do not store your language: it is part of the web address (for example /en/).
6. How to delete cookies
You can delete cookies and storage in your browser's settings at any time. If you delete the necessary ones, you are signed out and a booking in progress is lost. To change your choice about statistics and marketing, use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
