Using OhShip is quite simple.

  3. Fill in the name, address, telephone number, and email of the sender and recipient.
  4. Choose the carrier and delivery method.

Once you've purchased a shipping label, print it out and attach it to the package.

What if the tracking information isn't updating?

What happens if the recipient refuses the package?

How do I print my shipping label?
  • Once you have purchased a shipping label, you will receive a link to download and print it. You will need a printer to print the label.
What type of paper should I use to print my shipping label?
  • We recommend using standard A4 paper to print your shipping label. Make sure the label is printed clearly and legibly.
How do I attach the shipping label to my package?
  • Attach the shipping label securely to your package using clear packing tape. Make sure the entire label is visible and that the barcode is not covered.
Do you offer packing supplies?
  • No, we do not currently offer packing supplies. You will need to provide your own boxes, tape, and other packing materials.
What are your packaging guidelines?
  • Make sure your package is securely packed to prevent damage during shipping. Use appropriate packing materials, such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts, to protect fragile items.
For how long is my shipping label valid?
  • Your shipping labels must be used within 30 days of purchase, so you don't need to send the packages right away. However, please note that unused labels are not refunded.
I made a mistake on my label, can I get a refund?
  • We can offer to cancel your shipping label and credit the amount via your chosen payment method or help you change the wrong information. If you wish to do this, please contact us immediately here by providing the label or tracking number.
Can I get a refund for an unused label?
