Using OhShip is quite simple.
Step 1: You will start by entering information about where the package is being sent from and to.
Step 2: You need to fill in details about the package.
Step 3: You need to fill in the name, address, telephone number, and email of the sender and recipient.
Step 4: Next step is to choose the carrier and delivery method.
Once you've purchased a shipping label, you need to print out the label and attach it to the package.
We've created a how-to-guide here. Now, you just need to drop off the package at any drop off point or call DHL/UPS to pick it up at a place of your convenience. Once you've dropped off the package, you can track it using the unique tracking number.
No. You don’t need to create an account in order to send with us. However, if you wish to create an account, it's free and also makes it easy for you to order package shipments in the future, as you won't have to enter the information again.
In case of loss or damage to your package, the rules in our terms and conditions apply. As a general rule, we adhere to the compensation limits set by the shipping companies.

All lost parcels shipped by DHL Express are covered under standard liability if they are not insured. It covers a percentage of your shipment value when it is deemed lost after our Customer Service department investigates the status of the parcel.
Your package labels must be used within 30 days of purchase, so you don't need to send the packages right away. However, please note that unused labels are not refunded.
On the Service Points page, you can see an overview of DHL Express and UPS Service Points. You can search for a Service Point location by entering postcode and address.

On the homepage there is a tab 'Track shipment’. You can track packages purchased through OhShip. Regardless of your choice of carrier, you can use the same search field. Just enter your tracking number and press the 'Track package' button to access the status of your package.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to provide guarantees, but we and the carriers do everything we can to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible.
OhShip unfortunately cannot refund a shipping label, even if you don't end up using it. You can find more information in OhShip’s Terms and Conditions.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send packages weighing more than 70 kg.
